The process involves using non-gmo food grade enzymes to break complex protein macromolecules in to shorter chains of amino acids called peptides. The peptides are then fractionated from non-soluble compounds such as fats/lipids before concentration and drying.
The resulting extract comprises a high proportion of low molecular weight peptides which have shown to support markers that are active against inflammation.
